Lab Technician

DRS Marlo Coil is seeking a Lab Technician to conduct tests and assist in the test’s data management collection and reporting using state of the art facility and Lab View(TM) Software. This position would develop a working knowledge of our test procedures in order to support Engineering test requirements and assist with the development and implementation of tests related to heating, ventilation and refrigeration systems. Must be able to braze, have knowledge of ASHRAE standards, read and interpret engineering drawings, interconnection drawings, electrical schematics and wiring diagrams, and have the ability to handle refrigerants by license or the aptitude to learn and be tested on the handling of refrigerants. Work schedule will fluctuate based on testing needs and requires minimal supervision. 2-year degree in technical field or equivalent experience and Lab View(TM) software knowledge a plus.
