That means we can produce an AHU that is customized for your individual application – not just an off-the-shelf unit – in less than three months from order placement to shipment.

By designing a manufacturing cell dedicated exclusively to AHUs – and by maximizing efficiency and minimizing waste at every stage of design and production – our engineering and manufacturing teams are now able to deliver high-quality air handling units faster than we ever have before, without compromising quality.

As a reminder, every MarloAIR AHU is backed by our 3-year warranty – compared to the industry standard of one year – which is a testament to the confidence we have in our quality and reliability. Also, our warranty covers third-party components, such as motors and fans, even when the OEM warranty has already expired.

Another huge speed advantage we have over other AHU manufacturers is our ability to design and build our own custom heating and cooling coils, while others rely on third-party coil suppliers. We routinely build coils in five days or less as part of our QuickShip service, so fast coil production is commonplace in our factory. Plus, with Marlo, you’re always assured of high-quality, reliable coils – a product we’ve specialized in for nearly 100 years.
